Classes and Workshops
Yoga is more than stretching and relaxation. Clare’s classes show you how to establish strength in both the body and the mind. The classes suit those looking to support their health and wellbeing or those wishing to compliment an active lifestyle; be that walking, running or swimming.
Clare’s classes focus on using the breath effectively, strengthening and lengthening key muscle groups while also building in time for rest and relaxation.
Classes are small, with a maximum of 8 students a session, and allow you to explore your body at your own pace, while guided by Clare.
