Booking forms - submitted via website, by email or in paper format in class - includes contact details and health information, emergency contact information - necessary to provide my classes and services to you safely and in order to contact you about the classes and services that you attend. These are stored securely, with password protection and only kept as long as required by law.

Waiting lists for classes – includes name, email address and telephone – used to communicate about availability of spaces in classes and follow ups.
Bookings via Acuity Scheduling – includes name, telephone, email address, health information and emergency contact information - Clare Fisher Yoga uses third party software provided by Acuity Scheduling to manage bookings and reservations for classes. This information is used to manage classes, to provide my classes and services to you safely and in order to contact you about the classes and services that you attend.
